Whether you change your mind or it's not the right fit, Patio Gardens is happy to accept returns or exchanges on non-plant merchandise purchased from our garden centre within 30 days, provided the item is in its original, unused, and saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This exclusion does not apply to hanging basket pre-orders, which are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions. Cancellations and refunds for hanging basket pre-orders are available up to May 15th, in accordance with those terms.
Live plant material purchased from our garden centre may be returned within 60 days with proof of purchase. We are happy to provide guidance to help ensure your success with your plants. Choosing the right plant for the right location, planting at the same depth as the nursery container, watering thoroughly at planting, and maintaining deep, consistent watering during the first growing season are all important for healthy establishment.
Please note that no plant can be guaranteed to be completely deer-resistant, and some plants, such as annuals, are intended to last for only one growing season. We do not accept returns on annual plants after their intended season has ended.
Workshop fees are fully refundable when cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop or event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Workshop registrations may be transferred to another participant. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete workshop policies.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been delivered, even if the product is later returned where a return is otherwise permitted.
