Christmas Market Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Patio Gardens’ Annual Christmas Craft Fair Market. We showcase local artists, makers, bakers and creative folk in a fun garden center setting!
VENDOR INFORMATION
Market Dates and Hours
Saturday, December 6 & Sunday, December 7, 2025 10am - 4pm
Market Set Up
Friday, December 5th: 10am – 4pm*
*please do not leave out anything perishable or sensitive to damp or cold as the venue can be a damp/cool location.
Market Tear Down
Sunday December 7th 4pm - 7pm*
*no take down before 4pm, and please have adequate assistance to staff your stand at all times during the market’s open hours.

Pricing (includes a table of your choice, size below and 1 chair)
6’ table - $70
8’ table - $80
Power (110v extension cord) - $10
Wall hanging space requested (only picture hooks or small nails to be used) - $10
We love and appreciate all the hard work that you put into your art and creations. We try to ensure this market is accessible to all type of makers, but we do want to provide a varied market selection for our shoppers. Therefore, applications will be considered on type of products offered. So please include a detailed description below. Vendor Payment is due in full after your application has been approved and you have been notified. A link will be emailed to you with instructions for payment by credit card.
Your application does not guarantee a spot in the market. All applicants will receive email notification upon completion of the review process (within 3-7 business days of application).
• This is a unique family-friendly venue close to main roads for ease of access, with free admission.
• A festive holiday atmosphere in the decorated garden center!
• Food and beverage vendors, live music entertainment and on-site fire pit.
• Advertising provided in magazines, newspapers, online listings, company newsletters and social media as well as signage in a variety of locations throughout the Peninsula and Victoria.

Cancellation Policy:
If Patio Gardens needs to cancel the Market for any circumstances, vendors will receive a full refund.
If a vendor needs to cancel their table rental, they will receive a full refund if notification is provided to Patio Gardens before October 31st 2024 5pm. No refunds are provided for cancellation after November 1st 2024 or later.
