We want to be your happy place, as it is for us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience for any reason, please let us know so we can make it right. We appreciate your feedback.

Whether you change your mind or it’s not the right fit, Patio Gardens is happy to return or exchange all non- plant items purchased from our garden center that are in the original, saleable condition within 30 days. Proof of purchase is required.

Live plant material purchased from our garden center can be returned within 60 days. Proof of purchase is required. We are happy to give you the guidance you may need to be successful with your plantings.

To ensure your satisfaction with our live plant material, it is important to make sure you have the right plant for the right place.

Planting at the depth the plant is already at, watering in well and keeping up with deep thorough watering for the first year until your plant is established are important for success.

No plants can be fully classified as deer-resistant these days.

Some plants are commonly known as “annuals” and are only meant to last for a particular season. We do not accept returns on annual plants returned after their season has ended.

Workshop fees are fully refundable when notification is given more than 72 hours prior to the workshop or event. Cancellations within the 72 hour time period are non-refundable.
